The Environment

Eco System Conservation Policy

  • Wildlife Protection: Hunting of wildlife is strictly prohibited on our property to preserve biodiversity and natural habitats.

  • Forest Stewardship: We actively plant, nurture, and protect forest trees throughout our plantation. Fallen trees are sustainably processed—chipped and composted with beneficial microbes—to create natural, nutrient-rich manure for our soil.

  • Native Species Restoration: We maintain dedicated conservation zones where native tree species thrive without agricultural cultivation. When expanding cultivation areas, we integrate native species to preserve ecological balance and support indigenous flora.

Water Conservation Policy

  • Water Recycling: We maximize water reuse and recycling across all plantation operations to minimize consumption and environmental impact.

  • Wastewater Treatment: Advanced treatment systems reclaim and purify all wastewater generated on our property, ensuring no contamination enters the environment.

  • Environmental Protection: Zero wastewater discharge is permitted into natural water bodies, both on our estate and in surrounding communities, protecting local ecosystems and public health.

  • Water Quality Assurance: We conduct regular laboratory testing of drinking water at scheduled intervals to ensure safety and compliance with health standards.
